TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment must be made in full before driving lessons commence. Payment is Non-Refundable.

After payment is made (EFT/Cash), students should get a receipt from our administrator and also select days and time that suite them for driving.
NB: Payment is made based on selected package.
- Driving hours to be completed within 60 days after payment made (other packages duration is 30 days).
- Students choose either to be picked up or dropped off.
- Students should carry their valid learner's license at all times when driving. Failure to do so, your driving lesson will be forfeited.
- Due to us having tight driving slots, cancellations of hours is done max 3 times with valid reason & proof, if not it results in forfeit.
- Students should only be allowed to drive when sober, especially those driving on weekends. Not complying to rules, Namdrive Academy may cancel and your driving lesson will be forfeited.

Rescheduling of student timetable should be made during office hours: Monday to Friday (08h00-17h00) and Saturday (08h00-14h00). This also includes if you are unable to do the Natis test for any reasons.
NB: Cancellation of your hours is only done 3 times, further results in automatic forfeit of your driving hours.
- Driving lessons starts from 08h00 to 19h00 weekdays, Saturday 08h00 to 14h00, Sunday would be arranged between instructor, student and administrator.
- If a student is unable to make it on a certain day, call 2 hours in advance so we can reserve your driving lesson for future.
- Driving instructor's duty is to teach students how to drive. All other queries should be made at the reception.
- Due to traffic, Namdrive's Instructors may be late with 10-15 minutes but this will not affect your driving period.
- The pick up and drop off minutes fall within a student's driving lesson.
- There will be a Pre-test done so we rate you and see if you fit for a NATIS test. Pre-test is practiced within your driving lesson.
- In all combo packages, Namdrive Academy vehicles are included for NATIS test for free.
- If students encounter any problem with instructors, they can fill in the suggestion box at the reception or send us an email.
- Students are not allowed to eat while driving.
- Students to wear closed shoes when driving.
- Students should make sure they sign an attendance form after each driving lesson.
- Using of cellphone while driving is prohibited.
- Namdrive Academy packages do not include any NATIS fees.
